Basic shelf rack - Sysco®
The Sysco® shelf rack is a modular multifunctional storage system. The system can be adjusted to specific and individual requirements to meet the storage of all your objects.
Sysco® racks are easy to assemble. The shelves can be placed and moved flexibly and without tools.
Make a selection below the table from the height, the section length and the depth of the shelf rack. The shelf rack is of course supplied with all necessary parts. In the product description below the images you can read which parts are supplied as standard.

The Sysco® shelf rack is available as standard in three different heights (1954mm, 2274mm, 2594mm) and three different section lengths (800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm). Finally, choose from one of the five depth options (300 mm, 350 mm, 390 mm, 400 mm and 450 mm).
Parts
The Sysco® shelf rack is produced as standard in gray / white (RAL 9002). The following parts are supplied as standard:

The bearing walls are closed. This provides a clear compartmentalization and maximum dust protection within the system. The supporting wall is 100% coated in the color RAL 9002. This means that all corners and holes are also properly and evenly covered with epoxy-polyester powder coating. This treatment also ensures that no harmful emissions can occur, in contrast to, for example, galvanized support walls.
Shelves are made of 0.63 mm steel. The shelves are mounted with four shelf hooks, which fall completely within the shelf. The shelf hooks are designed in such a way that they do not fall out of the rack when the shelf is removed.
The long sides of the shelves are turned over three times, the short sides twice, creating a strong whole and minimizing deflection. The underside of the shelves is smooth and without protruding parts or sharp edges. That way the user cannot injure him or herself. And, not unimportantly, stored goods are not damaged when they are taken in and out.
The shelves are 100% coated in RAL 9002. This means that all corners and holes are evenly covered with epoxy-polyester powder coating for optimum protection against corrosion.
The shelves are height adjustable per 20mm, so you can easily adjust the rack to what you are storing!
Maintenance shelf rack
Check the shelf rack once a year. In addition, it is recommended to clean the system with warm water and a mild detergent. Use a damp cloth to remove dust. Never use abrasive, cleaning agents containing alcohol or solvents as these can damage the surface.
